At ZealsFlow, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at [support@zealsflow.com] with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, email us at [support@zealsflow.com] with photos of the product and your order details.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Used candles or items not in original condition
Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
